About Ommo
Ommo is the pioneer of permanent magnet–based 3D tracking technology, building a next-generation tracking platform based on magnetic sensing. Our technology enables ultra-precise, real-time 6DOF tracking for millimeter-scale wireless sensors, up to 1,000 times per second with accuracy down to 0.1mm, without line-of-sight constraints. We partner with medical device OEMs and advanced technology companies developing surgical navigation, robotics, simulation, spatial intelligence, and human-machine interface systems.
As we scale from our foundational team to our next major growth phase, we are looking for a powerhouse Talent Acquisition Manager. You won't just be filling seats; you will be a strategic partner to our executive leadership team, a champion of our company culture, and the architect of the teams that drive our business forward.
As our first Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across multiple core departments, including product, operations, sales, and core engineering. You will partner directly with company leaders to define talent needs, identify bottlenecks in our hiring process, and design a scalable talent acquisition engine. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role requiring a blend of proactive sourcing, exceptional relationship management, and data-driven execution.
Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire recruitment lifecycle from kickoff to close across a variety of business-critical and specialized roles.

Agency & Headhunter Partnership: Partner with external recruiting agencies and specialized headhunters when additional support is needed. Manage agency relationships and searches, coordinate candidate submissions, maintain clear communication and expectations, and ensure external partners are aligned with Ommo’s hiring needs and recruiting processes.
Candidate Experience Architecture: Design and deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate journey that tells our startup story authentically and leaves every applicant - hired or not - an advocate for our brand.
Data-Driven Performance: Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline conversion rates, quality of hire) to optimize our hiring funnel and report progress to leadership.
Dallas Community Engagement: Build local brand awareness by representing the company at Dallas-area networking events, business meetups, and startup communities.
